An Angel Be Before Me
As I was driving along
the day was winding down.
Clouds were billowing strong
but things still remain to be seen and found.
The sun was performing quite a show
as the car began to slow.
I did not want to miss the mystic beauty,
as it slowly began to perform its daily duty.
I watched the clouds as the colors changed
and all of them began to do something strange.
I watched as the clouds took shapes before me.
I stopped the car and there before me...An angel, beautiful for me to see.
